Chelmsford home

Interior Revolution started working with the architects to turn a 1950s house into a contemporary unique home back in 2016.

Works started mid 2017 and a year later the house was completed.

Within a beautiful setting the house was designed to bring the outside in with floor to ceiling large picture windows and cornerless bi folds.  Being a contemporary design we wanted to avoid a ‘clinical’ feel so we introduced different textures and shades of wood throughout the house in the fittings and furniture which brought warmth and softness to an open vast area. Warm lighting strategically placed opening up forgotten corners and different ceiling heights and floor elevations giving character and interest throughout.

Quiet restful snug areas where you can just sit and watch the views for days and if you really wanted to get away from it all we introduced a beautiful large hidden roof garden where you can loose yourself in the calm natural environment and enjoy the views for miles and miles...
